Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish musician, singer and songwriter. Corr, along with Caroline Sharon and Jim, first made their appearance as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician singer songwriter actor is a member of the Corrs. She has been awarded the distinction of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is more well-known as one of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop-rock band The Corrs. The singer also sings with the band, and can play multiple instruments. Andrea began her career as an actress in the year 1991. She later became an artist on stage and as a musician. She was a playback singer in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums, two live albums, and a remix album to her credit Andrea has truly established herself as an artist with a variety of talents. She has been felicitated for her charitable work too. Andrea's husband, a stockbroker, and two kids are hers. Andrea began learning music by playing the Tinny. Gerry showed her how to play piano. Andrea is also a ukulele player. She spent her teen years developing her talents in music. She worked alongside siblings and brothers to be the lead singer of the group. Andrea was a student at the Dun Lughaidh Convent which is where she performed frequently in school shows.
